Richard Mason has been coaching others to personal, academic, business, athletic, and even relationship success for over 20 years! His energetic, yet easy going "Guy Next Door" demeanor and style makes Coach Mason approachable, relatable, and highly sought after for individual mentorship, group seminars, and organizational trainings/classes.

With a Master of Science degree and his affinity for excellence, Coach Mason quickly climbed the corporate ladder holding various management positions within the pharmaceutical industry.

In addition to his corporate career, Richard desired to help others (especially young men) achieve. He used his corporate knowledge and leadership skill to create and co-create an array of varying successful businesses; including an athletic development and management firm, a financial investment group, and an entertainment event center.

Richard sits as an advising member to a health and wellness youth mentor-ship organization, a knowledge and academic enrichment franchise organization, as well as a multitude of small business groups.

Coach Mason's mission is to provide opportunities for success attainment by teaching positive network/relationship skills, leadership strength and development, and personal/business characteristics necessary to elevate to the next level.
